As Mari Living Design, we offer the highest quality handmade and decorative glasses. When you place your orders, our products are meticulously prepared and sent to you to provide you with the best service. The following conditions include information about our sales and return process.
Return policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Accordingly, the following return conditions apply:
- The return period is limited to 14 working days after the product is received.
- In order for the return to be possible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- If the product is damaged or defective , your return requests will be processed first. It is important to keep a report for damaged products at the time of delivery and forward it to us.
- Returns of products with personalized designs or alterations are not accepted.
Return Procedures
To initiate your return request, please contact us at info @marilivingdesign.com . During the return process, shipping costs will be covered by the customer. After the product reaches us and the necessary checks are made, the return process will be completed within 10 business days and the payment will be made to you.
Change
Depending on stock availability, the same product may be exchanged instead of the returned product. You can contact us for your exchange requests.
Sales Policy
- All of our products are processed from the moment the order is placed and shipped as soon as possible.
- As the products are handmade, each one is unique and may have slight design differences.
- Order delivery time and shipping details will be notified to you at the time the order is placed.
